Book Study Class Class is facilitated by: Vince Lisi - Book: The New Earth by Eckhart Tolle. It is truly an adventure to take a class with Vince. The book is used as a focal point to branch into discussing relevant material. Vince is a professor of philosophy and religious studies at Youngstown State University, and a chaplain at St Elizabeth Hospital Center. He is also the founder and president of NOW whose goal is to help people understand we are extensions of the Universal Life Force. Everyone welcome at any time. March 21 Prayer Workshop How to Pray Affirmatively facilitated by Rev Rose Houston Prayer is a sacred
activity that connects us to the Universal Flow of Blessings. When we are
asked to pray, we are entrusted with the divine opportunity to lift the
circumstance or the person to a higher consciousness and awareness of God. *************************************************************************************
DEEP LISTENING
Workshop How do we listen to God, to each other? What do we hear? In this workshop, we will practice Lectio Divina which is listening with the ear of the heart. Lectio Divina is a reading, reflecting, responding and resting in the word of God that helps one grow in relationship with God. It is a way of listening to the texts of scripture as if we were in conversation with Christ. Its a way of letting dialogue with God unfold in its own time and letting the Holy Spirit take the lead.
